As a strong leader, Saffron is skilled in overseeing teams, negotiating contracts, and ensuring tenant compliance with lease agreements.

Her expertise includes preparing annual budgets, conducting CAM reconciliations, and managing capital projects. Known for her organizational skills and attention to detail, Saffron has successfully reduced accounts receivable collections and maintained positive relationships with clients and tenants alike. With a proven track record in the industry, she continues to drive operational success in commercial property management.

Kimberly Trejo

Senior Property Manager

Kimberly Trejo is a Senior Property Manager with over seven years of experience in commercial real estate. Since 2018, she has successfully managed properties, including office, industrial, and retail spaces, totaling over 1 million square feet. With a strong background in small business and retail management, she brings a comprehensive skill set to her role, including operational oversight, budget preparation, and tenant improvement management.

In addition to managing operations, Kim has extensive experience with capital project management, vendor negotiations, and lease administration. She works closely with tenants to ensure lease compliance and resolve concerns promptly, maintaining strong relationships. Kim is proficient in financial reporting, CAM reconciliations, and preparing budgets, ensuring efficient, on-budget property operations.
