Saffron Kow

Founder & CEO of Kairo Commercial Management

Saffron Kow is a seasoned commercial property management professional with over a decade of experience overseeing more than 3 million square feet of retail, office, and warehouse space. Since 2011, she has built a strong track record in tenant relations, budgeting, project management, and team leadership. Known for her organizational skills and attention to detail, Saffron excels at preparing annual budgets, conducting CAM reconciliations, managing capital projects, and negotiating contracts, all while ensuring tenant compliance and fostering long-term client relationships.

In addition to traditional property management, Saffron brings deep expertise in handling complex real estate situations, specializing in the asset management of Receivership and Distressed properties. In Receivership cases, she operates under court-appointed oversight to stabilize properties during litigation or foreclosure, ensuring transparency, preserving asset value, and supporting the legal process. For Distressed Assets, she works closely with financially challenged owners, often in off-market or time-sensitive scenarios, to quickly assess conditions, implement efficient operations, and prepare assets for transition.

With a strategic mindset and a focus on operational excellence, Saffron is committed to protecting and enhancing asset performance—especially during periods of uncertainty—while maximizing value for all stakeholders.

Kimberly Trejo

Senior Property Manager


Kimberly Trejo is a Senior Property Manager with over seven years of experience in commercial real estate. Since 2018, she has successfully managed properties, including office, industrial, and retail spaces, totaling over 1 million square feet. With a strong background in small business and retail management, she brings a comprehensive skill set to her role, including operational oversight, budget preparation, and tenant improvement management.

In addition to managing operations, Kim has extensive experience with capital project management, vendor negotiations, and lease administration. She works closely with tenants to ensure lease compliance and resolve concerns promptly, maintaining strong relationships. Kim is proficient in financial reporting, CAM reconciliations, and preparing budgets, ensuring efficient, on-budget property operations. Her commitment to excellence and attention to detail ensures exceptional service to both landlords and tenants.
